Our Ethos

Our ethos is simple. We offer the best produce that has been fairly purchased and is good for you and the environment. We aim to use recycled packaging and paper where possible, and hopefully give you a chance to try out some new flavours and food experiences from around the world.

Epulum is Linlithgow’s premier Slow Food bistro. We bake our organic cakes and scones, at our bakery www.patisseriedujardin.com every day. We use locally sourced, organic milk for our coffees & teas, while our deli & salad counter is stuffed with local produce & organic Scottish cheeses. We promote what’s seasonal & best, locally & from around Scotland.
